We are passionate about buildings of historical importance because we believe that these buildings form an essential part of Ireland’s architectural culture so they must be protected and cherished.

We believe that we as Facilities Managers of these important buildings have a crucial role to play in correctly maintaining them and it is vital that we are suitably experienced and competent to avoid poor decision making.

• Client representative for the project management of the restoration of large Georgian and Victorian houses for residential and commercial use
• Management of a tender to appoint experienced conservation architects to develop a comprehensive conservation programme for a landmark building in Dublin and subsequent application for a Section 57 declaration of historical importance
• Facilities management of a 12^th century castle in partnership with a county council conservation architect
• Hard services facilities management of three protected structure, landmark theatre buildings
